The MSU Extension Healthy Aging presents a Caregiver Respite Retreat at the Whitefish Community Center, 121 East Second Street in Whitefish on October 14th from 10 am- 12 pm. The objective of this retreat is to help caregivers relax, recharge and build self-care habits. This is a free event but registration is required.
