REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Flathead County Board of Commissioners is requesting Statement of Qualifications from licensed engineers to provide services to Flathead County, pursuant to the requirements of Section 18-8-201 et seq., M.C.A. Services needed include inspections, survey, engineering, design, environmental assessment, cost estimating, project management and construction administration for replacement of up to approximately 3.71 miles of guardrail. All work will be completed along the North Fork Road, north of Columbia Falls, MT.

All sealed statements, plainly marked as “RFQ-North Fork Rd Guardrails”, must be delivered to the Flathead County Commissioners Office, 800 S. Main, Rm. 302, Kalispell, MT 59901, on or before 4:00 PM Monday, November 9, 2026. Statements will be opened at 9:00 AM on November 10, 2026, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, Third Floor, County Courthouse.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject all statements and to accept the statement deemed to be in the best interest of Flathead County.
