REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
FOR JAIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SaaS SOLUTION)
The Flathead County Board of Commissioners is requesting Statement of Qualifications from experienced vendors to provide comprehensive cloud-based Jail Management System (JMS) for the Flathead County Detention Center pursuant to the requirements of Section 18-8-201 et seq., M.C.A. The selected solution must support both current operations and future expansion into a new detention facility. Flathead County seeks a fully integrated, secure, and scalable Jail Management System delivered via Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

All sealed statements, plainly marked as “RFQ-Jail Mgmt. System”, must be delivered to the Flathead County Commissioners Office, 800 S. Main, Rm. 302, Kalispell, MT 59901, on or before 4:00 PM on Monday, July 20, 2026. Statements will be opened at 9:00 AM on July 21, 2026, in the Commissioners’ Chambers, Third Floor, County Courthouse.
