Flathead County Behavioral Health Collaborative
About Us:
The Flathead County Behavioral Health Collaborative (FCBHC) is a partnership of key behavioral health organizations serving the Flathead County area. Our collaborative includes the Flathead City-County Health Department (FCCHD), Logan Health Kalispell/Whitefish (Logan), Greater Valley Health Center (GVHC), AWARE, and Oxytocin, with Flathead County serving as the backbone organization.
Mission:
The mission of the Flathead County Behavioral Health Collaborative (FCBHC) is to build and support a comprehensive, accessible system for individuals, ensuring that every person has a clear pathway to hope, healing, and recovery.
Vision:
The FCBHC envisions a comprehensive, integrated crisis response system that seamlessly connects 988 Lifeline, 911, mobile crisis teams, and crisis facilities to deliver the right care at the right time, in the right place. By the end of 2025, we will establish the foundational pillars of this system through a fully operational 988 call center, mobile crisis team, and crisis stabilization facility.
Building on this foundation, the FCBHC will continue to identify barriers to care in the behavioral health system and collaborate to address these gaps. Working together we strive to ensure that individuals receive timely, appropriate, and compassionate care within our community.
