Jury Trial Status

If the date you have been called for jury duty says "settled - do not appear" that means that case was settled and will not go to trial. You do not need to report for jury selection.

If the date you have been called for jury duty says "must appear" that means that the case is going forward and you need to report for jury selection.

You are required to appear only for the specific trial listed on your summons. If that trial has been settled, your appearance is not required for any other trials listed.
