REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

CARNIVAL AND RELATED FACILITIES OPERATIONS

The Flathead County Board of Commissioners and Flathead County Fairgrounds is inviting responsible offers to submit competitive sealed proposals to provide Carnival and Related Facilities Operations Services to the Northwest Montana Fair and Rodeo, located within the Flathead County Fairgrounds, located at 265 N Meridian Rd., Kalispell. MT.

Copies of the detailed RFP, including a description of services to be provided by respondents, the minimum content of proposals, and the factors used to evaluate the proposals, can be found on the Flathead County webpage at: https://flathead.mt.gov/department-directory/fairgrounds or by contacting Kelsi Hansberry, Flathead County Fairgrounds Office, 265 N Meridian Rd., Kalispell, MT 59901 - (406) 758-5809 / khansberry(at)flathead.mt.gov.  All proposals must be submitted to the Flathead County Commissioner’s Office, 800 South Main, Room 302, Kalispell, MT 59901, by 4:00 pm local time on April 23, 2025.
