What Do You Need to Do?
Control Noxious Weeds on Your Property
Montana law requires property owners to control noxious weeds and prevent them from spreading.
If noxious weeds are identified on your property, you may be required to take action. The Flathead County Weed Department provides guidance, but the responsibility for control remains with the landowner.
Report a Weed Problem
If you see a noxious weed infestation, report it online so the Weed Department can review and respond.
