Before You Submit

• Make sure the location of the weeds is as accurate as possible
• Take clear photos of the plant (flowers, leaves, and full plant)
• If possible, note whether the weeds are visible from a public road
• If you know the property owner or HOA, include that information

What Happens Next

After your complaint is submitted, the Flathead County Weed Department will review the information provided. Staff may:

• Contact you for additional details
• Verify the location and plant identification
• Inspect the property if necessary
• Work with the landowner to address the issue
