- Make sure the location of the weeds is as accurate as possible
- Take clear photos of the plant (flowers, leaves, and full plant)
- If possible, note whether the weeds are visible from a public road
- If you know the property owner or HOA, include that information

What Happens Next
After your complaint is submitted, the Flathead County Weed Department will review the information provided. Staff may:
- Contact you for additional details
- Verify the location and plant identification
- Inspect the property if necessary
- Work with the landowner to address the issue
