REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
FOR CONTRACTED TEMPORARY DISPATCHER SERVICES
Flathead County is seeking proposals from companies experienced in emergency services dispatching. Services needed include law enforcement dispatching, fire/EMS dispatching, and both emergency and non-emergency call taking. The length of the contract is projected to last 3 months and should provide four trained and certified dispatchers that can work for up to 50 hours per week.

All sealed bids, plainly marked as “RFP-Contracted Temporary Dispatchers”, must be delivered to the Clerk to the Board of Flathead County Commissioners, 800 S. Main, Rm. 302, Kalispell, MT 59901, on or before 4:00 PM on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. Bids will be opened and read at 9:00 AM on Thursday, April 30, 2026, in the Commissioner’s Chambers, Third Floor, County Courthouse.
The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of Flathead County. Flathead County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
