REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

FOR COMMISSIONING AGENT SERVICES

 

The Flathead County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals to engage the services of an individual or firm to serve as the Flathead County Public Safety Facility project Commissioning Agent. Flathead County seeks the services of a qualified commissioning agent to provide services to support the construction phase, acceptance phase, and occupancy of this project, specifically addressing the building systems including mechanical, plumbing, lighting control, building automation system, and fire detection and alarm systems. The Commissioning Agent will be expected to work with the project team and their representatives in providing professional industry standard commissioning services. Project construction began in July 2026, with a 30-month timeline.  The project is located at 225 Snowline Lane, Kalispell, MT 59901.
