Public Hearing: Proposed Levy of Special Assessments in Rural Special Improvement District No. 153

NOTICE OF PROPOSED LEVY OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN

RURAL SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 153

COUNTY OF FLATHEAD, MONTANA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Aug 4, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Flathead, Montana (the “County”), adopted a resolution proposing to levy and assess special assessments against benefitted property in Rural Special Improvement District No. 153 in the County (the “District”) for the purpose of financing the costs of certain local improvements and paying costs incidental thereto.

A complete copy of the resolution, which includes the proposed assessment roll and the amount of each special assessment, is on file with the County Clerk and Recorder and is available for public inspection.

On Thursday, Aug 27, 2026, at 10:00a.m., in the Commissioners’ Chambers, third floor of the Flathead County Courthouse, 800 South Main Street, Kalispell, Mon­tana, the Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing and pass upon all objections, whether made orally or in writing, to the proposed levy of the special assessments.
