Upcoming Lakeshore Regulation Workshops
The Flathead County Planning Board will hold its next workshop on the draft Lake and Lakeshore Regulations on Wednesday, July 08, 2026, after the regularly scheduled meeting at 6:00 pm in the 2nd-floor conference room of the South Campus Building, 40 11th Street West, Kalispell, Montana. The workshop will focus mainly on policies, procedures, and changes to 75-7-218 MCA from the 2025 Legislative session, specifically the following:

- Sections 2.6.F. EXEMPTIONS FROM REGULATIONS - Prescriptive structures and minor maintenance on prescriptive structures
