Yes. In Montana, minors have the right to access sexual healthcare without a parent's consent or notification. You can start a birth control method or get tested and treated for STIs without your parents being involved, and it is illegal for clinics to share sexual health information with anyone without the patient's permission. It's still understandable if your parents are worried — talk with them when you're ready. And if you are being sexually abused by someone responsible for you, such as a parent, guardian, or other adult, we are here to help you.

Teen Clinic is here for you. The first step is to connect with someone you trust who will support you. We offer free, unbiased decision counseling to help you learn about your options, and you're welcome to bring a support person. We can also meet with your family or partner if you need help having the conversation. Whether you decide to parent, consider adoption, or end your pregnancy, Teen Clinic gives you a safe place to connect with your next step.

Family Planning is here for you. We offer services to everyone, regardless of age, race, language, ethnicity, sexual orientation, sex, or gender. No problem. Teen Clinic is Monday afternoons only, but teens can make an appointment to be seen Monday through Friday outside of Teen Clinic hours.
