Some pregnant women may qualify for Presumptive Medicaid. This program allows pregnant women to get short-term, immediate Medicaid coverage if they meet income guidelines.

Feeding a new baby is a learning experience for both mom and baby. Difficulties with milk supply, latching, and concerns about infant weight gain are common.

• Phone support, home visits, and visits at the Health Department for help with breastfeeding
• Caring and nonjudgmental staff work with families to meet their infant feeding goals

Keep your baby safe!

Pack n play and safe sleep program: Families in need of a safe place for their baby to sleep can request a pack n play. Families will also get information on preventing SIDS.

Car seats: FCCHD offers information about car seat safety and proper installation.
