Community Health offers immunizations, home visiting, nutrition support, and asthma education to Flathead County residents of all ages and income levels. Select a program below to learn more or get started.
Immunizations
Routine vaccines for children, adults, and older adults. Walk-ins are available on Wednesdays; appointments are available Monday through Friday.
WIC – Women, Infants and Children
Nutrition support, breastfeeding assistance, and food benefits for pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children under age 5.
Travel Immunizations
Vaccines and health guidance for international travel, scheduled through our travel immunization nurse.
Healthy Montana Families
Free home visiting support for expectant parents and families with children up to age 6. Services are available regardless of income or insurance status.
Montana Asthma Program
Free home visits and asthma education for Flathead County children and adults who need help managing their condition.
Maternal and Child Health Services
Core maternal and child health services for pregnant women, nonpregnant women of childbearing age, infants under age 1, and children and adolescents under age 22, including children with special health needs.
