Mission

We promote healthy children and adults in Flathead County by providing immunizations and home visiting programs to residents of all income levels. Immunizations are available for routine vaccinations and those needed for international travel. Our friendly and experienced nurses and staff can advise you on the importance of vaccinations and guide you through the CDC recommended vaccination schedule.

Community Health offers immunizations, home visiting, nutrition support, and asthma education to Flathead County residents of all ages and income levels. Select a program below to learn more or get started.

Immunizations

Routine vaccines for children, adults, and older adults. Walk-ins are available on Wednesdays; appointments are available Monday through Friday.

Nutrition support, breastfeeding assistance, and food benefits for pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children under age 5.
