Flathead County uses emergency notification systems to send important alerts about severe weather, evacuations, public safety threats, and other urgent situations.

Important: Alerts are only sent if you are signed up. Make sure your contact information is current.

How Alerts Are Delivered

  • Voice call to landline or mobile phone
  • Email notifications
  • Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) for urgent situations

How to Sign Up

  1. Visit the county emergency notification signup page
  2. Create an account
  3. Add your contact methods (phone, email, etc.)
  4. Select the types of alerts you want to receive
  5. Save your preferences
