Meetings
The Local Emergency Planning Committee meets regularly to review emergency plans, coordinate with local partners, and discuss hazardous material preparedness.
Meeting information, agendas, and minutes may be available upon request.

Tier II Reporting
Facilities that store hazardous chemicals above reporting thresholds may be required to submit Tier II information each year under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, also known as EPCRA.
Before you submit
- Review whether your facility meets Tier II reporting requirements.
- Update facility contacts and emergency response information.
- Submit required chemical inventory information through the approved reporting system.
- Keep a copy of your submission for your records.
