Request 911 Call Recordings	Request copies of 911 call audio, dispatch communications, and related records maintained by the Flathead Emergency Communications Center. Some records may be restricted or require review before release.	FECC
Marriage License	All persons applying for a Montana marriage license must be in a position to provide proof of age - such as a valid driver's license or birth certificate - and must be single persons. This office does not require copies of dissolution papers, however, since the sworn application regarding your status as a single person is sufficient. Caregiver Support	We offer support to family caregivers through respite, information on educational opportunities and support groups, Alzheimer's and dementia resources, as well as aging life care planning and dementia navigation support in partnership with local certified professionals. Meals on Wheels	This is a service that provides a hot, nutritious mid-day meal delivered by volunteers to an adult over 60 who is homebound (unable to leave their home without assistance), or an eligible caregiver caring for an adult over 60. Teen Clinic	Teen Clinic every Monday from 3:00-5:00 PM and is for guys and girls 19 and younger. No appointment is necessary! What if I can’t come to Teen Clinic during Teen Clinic hours? No problem! Make an appointment to be seen during non-teen clinic hours. Education	We’ll work with you to design a presentation to meet your particular needs. All presentations are free of charge! Birth Certificates	Certified copies of birth certificates are available through this office for all Montana Counties. Genealogy copies are available for Flathead County only. A certified copy is $8.00 each, and may be obtained online or by mail. Anyone requesting an informational or certified copy of a vital record must present a valid ID. Death Certificates	Certified copies of death certificates are available through this office for all Montana Counties from 2003. Genealogy copies are available for Flathead County only. A certified copy is $7.00 each, and may be obtained online or by mail. Anyone requesting an informational or certified copy of a vital record must present a valid ID. Immunizations	The Flathead City-County Health Department provides immunizations for all ages. Immunizations are currently available by appointment only on the following days: Monday and Friday 9:00-12:00 and 1:30 to 4:00pm Thursday 1:00-4:30 pm *Please note that appointments for TB Tests will only be available on Mondays and Fridays. Travel Immunizations	Meet with one of our travel nurses for a specialized travel consultation before you on your trip outside of the United States. Depending on your destination, you may need vaccinations to help protect you from food, waterborne, and insect-borne diseases that are common in certain countries. Some of the vaccinations provided include: Yellow Fever Typhoid Japanese encephalitis Meningitis Hepatitis A & B Tetanus Please bring a copy of your travel itinerary to your appointment so that the nurse can help determine which vaccines you should receive.
